RECOVERY COACHING

Peer recovery support services can typically help peers with their most pressing early recovery needs—finding a safe place to live and a job. Thus, peer leaders are likely to refer peers to safe housing or to sources of information about housing and to a wide variety of resources and services that provide assistance in developing job readiness or finding jobs. Peer leaders also help peers navigate the formal treatment system, advocating for their access and gaining admittance, as well as

facilitating discharge planning, typically in collaboration with treatment staff.

At The PORCH, a project of Addiction Treatment Services, we offer Peer-to-Peer Services for those in recovery. We offer this service as part of a full continuum of care that includes Detox, Residential Treatment, Outpatient Services, Medication Assisted Treatment and more.
